Are you living in Poland but feel more comfortable speaking in English?
We offer psychotherapy services in English for individuals who prefer or need to speak in a language other than Polish.
Why Therapy in English?
Language is deeply connected to how we express emotions, understand our experiences, and connect with others. If Polish is not your first language, navigating personal issues or mental health challenges in a foreign language can feel limiting or frustrating.
Offering therapy in English allows you to speak more freely, access deeper emotions, and fully engage in the therapeutic process—without the added stress of translation or miscommunication.

Education and Experience
I completed a comprehensive 4-year training program in individual and group psychotherapy at the Wielkopolska School of Gestalt Psychotherapy in Poznań, accredited by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). I also hold a Master’s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Wrocław.
Since 2011, I have been continuously working with children, adolescents, and families. I gained experience in educational institutions and at the Therapeutic Support Center for Children and Adolescents, run by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Legnica, where I supported young people with learning difficulties.
In 2022, I began collaborating with the Raduga Foundation in Legnica, where I worked as the head of the psychological counseling center for children and adolescents from 2023 to 2024. I was also responsible for supporting single mothers with experiences of domestic violence living in a transitional apartment run by the Foundation. Currently, I provide therapy for adolescents and support co-parenting couples at Raduga.
I also work in group settings and facilitate workshops. Since 2022, I have been co-facilitating a personal development and therapeutic group for high school students. I have created and led developmental and educational workshops for parents: “I’m a Mom, I Take Care of Myself” and “Let’s Talk Openly – Teen Sexuality”
At Raduga, I’m responsible for team training on supporting LGBTQ+ Clients. I’ve also had a brief but valuable experience teaching at Collegium Witelona, where I conducted classes on group work for psychology students during the 2024/2025 academic year.
Psychotherapy and Support
I work with adults and adolescents aged 13 and up. My core approach is Gestalt psychotherapy, while also drawing from tools and techniques from other therapeutic modalities. This allows me to work flexibly and adapt to the unique, current needs of each individual.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, focusing on the integration of emotions, thoughts, and bodily processes. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am open to incorporating bodywork and movement into the sessions.
I engage in regular supervision and adhere to the ethical code of Gestalt psychotherapists.
My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly. When working with queer Clients, I follow the guidelines set by the Polish Sexological Society.
